CrossFit® Kids, Juniors & Teens

CrossFit® Kids is an exciting and dynamic program designed to introduce children and teens to the world of fitness while instilling healthy lifestyle habits. Our dedicated CrossFit® Kids program is specifically tailored to the developmental needs of kids and teenagers of all abilities, fostering a lifelong love of fitness in a fun and inclusive environment.

At CrossFit® Kids we use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. Our gym uses a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to love exercise.

For our youngest members, we offer the CrossFit® family class, providing a safe space for parents to focus on fitness while caring for their babies. This class promotes self-confidence, facilitates recovery, and offers parents a much-needed hour of self-care without worrying about childcare.

CrossFit® kids (4-8)

As children progress, they move into our CrossFit® Kids classes (ages 4-8), where sessions are divided into sub-groups based on age and ability to ensure everyone remains engaged and challenged.

CrossFit® juniors (9-13)

Our CrossFit® junior classes are led by experienced coaches, who deliver engaging and age-appropriate classes focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence through fitness.

CrossFit® Teens classes focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate workouts led by experienced coaches.
