At CrossFit® Kids we use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. Our gym uses a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to love exercise.
CrossFit® family
For our youngest members, we offer the CrossFit® family class, providing a safe space for parents to focus on fitness while caring for their babies. This class promotes self-confidence, facilitates recovery, and offers parents a much-needed hour of self-care without worrying about childcare.

CrossFit® kids (4-8)
As children progress, they move into our CrossFit® Kids classes (ages 4-8), where sessions are divided into sub-groups based on age and ability to ensure everyone remains engaged and challenged.

Our CrossFit® junior classes are led by experienced coaches, who deliver engaging and age-appropriate classes focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence through fitness.
