CF Warrington Ltd offer various lengths of services – the minimum is 1 calendar month. You are free to cancel after this time. CF Warrington Ltd operates a fair and respectful membership policy by allowing clients to continue this monthly “rolling” contract without fixed terms or tie-in agreements (but subject to a 10-day notice period, prior to payment date of cancellation of direct debit). In return, CF Warrington Ltd assume similar fairness and respect from Clients by honouring the 10-day cancellation policy. Should a Client wish to terminate their membership agreement, a letter of their intent should be received by CF Warrington Ltd at least 10 days in advance of the next payment date. This will subsequently terminate the agreement. If a Direct Debit instruction is returned to CF Warrington Ltd unpaid as a result of service cancellation without prior notice of intent, it will result in a charge being incurred by CF Warrington Ltd that will ultimately be passed on to the Client and may involve a third-party debt management company if necessary. All monthly fees must be paid in full, regardless of usage. There is no refund in whole or in part. Packages are non-transferrable. If you pay for a month and do not supply the information requested, you are not entitled to a refund or extension. If you cancel your package and were on a deal/price we no longer offer, you will not be entitled to this offer again if you decide to purchase future services. In the event of CF Warrington Ltd becoming unable to take on new clients, we will create a waiting list. If you cancel your package, your place will be given to the first person on our waiting list, and you will go on this waiting list and will have to wait until there is a place before you can re-join on whichever programme you are on.
