CrossFit® Group Classes

CrossFit® is a constantly varied, high intensity, core strength and conditioning program that uses functional movements. These are movements that you find in everyday life. We keep our workouts varied to reflect the fact that in life, you never know what is around the corner. We get you fit in the gym so you can tackle what life throws at you.

CrossFit® is suitable for all levels of fitness, all ages and abilities.  We have members from 18 years old to 60+.  Everyone works at their own level and pace whilst being encouraged by the whole community.


1-2-1 CrossFit® Foundations course

The foundations course is offered on a 1-2-1 basis and is over 3 sessions (sessions will be split across multiple days)
We will teach you the fundamental movements and techniques that are essential for CrossFit. The course covers a mixture of Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebell training as well as the 9 Fundamental movements of  CrossFit® training. Foundations also teaches the language of CrossFit® (we like our acronyms) and provides a sense of how each class flows.

*A prerequisite to join us. Previous CrossFit® experience requires movement assessment (1 hour)





CrossFit® Group Classes

Our constantly varied, fun workouts of the day are designed to help you get fitter, healthier and stronger. Whatever your fitness goals, you’ll take a step closer with every class.


Personal Training (1-2-1)

Are you trying to reach your goals faster? Or perhaps you prefer 1-2-1 coaching?

Personal training is an individualised approach to results-based training. Each session will be taken by a qualified and experience coach, it will be tailored to you based on your goals, priorities and abilities. Our personal training program can be a great solution for reaching goals faster, targeting weaknesses and stay motivated to reach your goals.


Open gym sessions

Included in your Lite & Unlimited membership

Rule: You must participate in a CrossFit® Group Class on the same day that you utilise Open Gym

Open gym is an opportunity for you to perform some additional skill work. Maybe one of your goals is to achieve toes to bar, yes, you will have an opportunity to practice these in classes but only when they are programmed. Why not practice them independently in one of the open gym slots.




Couch to CrossFit®

Free trial class plus 5 week course

Everyone has a point in life when they want to start to exercise but unsure how? Where? Or what to do!

Many of us are intimidated at the thought of walking into a gym but here at CrossFit® Warrington we run an inclusive Couch to CrossFit® class to ensure you live an active and healthier lifestyle.

With our Couch to CrossFit® class we will take you from the front door and begin with a warm up, teach you new skills and coach you through the workout.  We will  provide you with the tools to be successful in our classes whilst encouraging you to live active and health lifestyle.
