CrossFit® Group Classes

CrossFit® is suitable for all levels of fitness, all ages, and abilities. We have members from 4 years old to 60+, all working towards their personal fitness goals. In our group classes, everyone works at their own level and pace, supported and encouraged by the entire community.

Our expert coaches guide you through varied and challenging workouts that are scalable to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll find a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can thrive.

Ready to start your CrossFit® journey with confidence? Our Foundations program is the perfect place to begin! Consisting of three one-on-one sessions, this course is designed to ensure you have a solid understanding of proper form and technique, setting you up for success as you progress in your fitness journey.

 

  • New Members: Completing the Foundations program is a prerequisite before joining our regular classes.
  • Experienced CrossFitters: If you have previous CrossFit® experience, a one-hour movement assessment is required to ensure proper technique and readiness.

Open Gym is an opportunity for you to perform some additional skill work. While you’ll have the chance to practice various skills during our classes, Open Gym allows you to focus on those skills even when they’re not part of the day’s programming.

At CrossFit® Kids we use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. Our gym uses a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to love exercise.

  • Not a member but want to improve your fitness or maybe learn a new skill? No problem! We offer PT sessions to Non-members

  • From another CrossFit® gym and want to pay us a visit? No problem!
Note a minimum of 6 months CrossFit® experience is required for all drop ins.
