A flexible schedule
I started having my personal training sessions because I came to the gym with zero knowledge or experience of any formal training. I wanted to improve and I found that having the 1:1 sessions gave me a space to ask questions without feeling embarrassed or worrying about taking up other people’s time in classes. I found I was improving in classes but in having pt sessions my progress was undeniable. Not only in terms of ability but in terms of confidence. When I first met Sian she was coaching at the gym I had just joined. As someone who had zero experience of CrossFit® and very low levels of fitness I was very intimidated and struggled with my confidence. I was considering giving up until I had a conversation with Sian and realised she offered personal training and would to work with me to improve my confidence. Since starting my PT sessions with Sian my confidence and enjoyment at the gym has sky rocketed. Sian encourages me at every step and believes in me when I don’t think I can achieve something. She is so supportive and truly wants you to achieve your goals and will do everything she can to help you get there and building you up as a person on the whole.
