Our dedicated CrossFit Kids program is specifically tailored to the developmental needs of kids and teenagers of all abilities, fostering a lifelong love of fitness in a fun and inclusive environment.
Our CrossFit Kids programme is designed to introduce children aged 4 and up to the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Delivered in 6-week blocks, each session is packed with games, skill-building, and movement designed to help kids develop physical literacy, confidence, and a lifelong love of being active.
This programme is for children aged 4+, with sessions carefully structured to suit their stage of development. Whether your child is new to physical activity or already enjoys being active, our CrossFit Kids classes offer a positive, exciting environment where they can thrive
Each session lasts 45 minutes
We prioritise safety, fun, and personal growth. Every child is encouraged to try their best, cheer on others, and celebrate their progress—no matter how big or small.
For our youngest members, we offer the CrossFit family class, providing a safe space for parents to focus on fitness while caring for their babies. This class promotes self-confidence, facilitates recovery, and offers parents a much-needed hour of self-care without worrying about childcare.
