✅ Listen and Adapt
Your feedback matters. I’m here to support your journey, not just lead it.
✅ Ignore Your Whining (Lovingly!)
I’ll listen—but I won’t let you quit. You’re stronger than you think.
✅ Help You Choose the Right Weights
Challenging, not reckless. That’s how progress happens.
