• Class spaces must be booked in advance via WodBoard.
• A minimum 4 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect booking privileges.

3. Health & Safety

• Follow all coach instructions and gym safety protocols.
• Clean equipment after use and respect the space.

4. Liability

• Exercise involves risk. Participation is at your own discretion.

• We may occasionally update class times, coaches, or services. Advance notice will be given where possible.
