Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

• Members must complete health screening and waiver forms before participation.
   
• Monthly fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable (except under special agreement).
   
• Late payments may suspend access.
   

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Class spaces must be booked in advance via WodBoard.
   
• A minimum 4 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
   
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect booking privileges.
   

3. Health & Safety

• Inform us of injuries or medical conditions.
   
• Follow all coach instructions and gym safety protocols.
   
• Clean equipment after use and respect the space.
   

4. Liability

• Exercise involves risk. Participation is at your own discretion.

5. Service Changes
