When it comes to starting your fitness journey, we know the hardest part isn't the workout—it’s the walk through the door.

That is exactly why we created Couch to CrossFit.


Owner Sian Edwards and Coach Faye kept hearing the same thing from people: they wanted to get fit, but they were terrified of walking into a gym where they didn't know the movements or felt like they didn't "look the part." We believe that fitness belongs to everyone, not just the people who are already in peak condition.


We designed this programme to strip away the noise. There is no intimidation here, no pressure to keep up with anyone but yourself, and absolutely no need to be "fit" before you start.


What you can expect:

  • Confidence from Day One: We start with the absolute basics, teaching you the fundamental movements in a safe, structured, and private environment.
  • Zero Intimidation: Forget the "gymtimidation." This is a space where being a complete beginner is not only welcomed—it’s the whole point.
