What is Couch to CrossFit ? 

It’s your gateway to a stronger, fitter, more energised version of you. This four-week course is built specifically for beginners—no experience needed, just a willingness to start. We’ll guide you through the basics of  CrossFit® in a supportive and encouraging environment, helping you fall in love with moving your body.


Learn, Grow, and Get Stronger—Step by Step

We start with the fundamentals—squats, deadlifts, presses, and more. Every movement is broken down and coached with care. As you build strength and confidence, we introduce more advanced techniques, always scaled to your ability.
