For most people, the best first step is our 1-2-1 Foundations programme—a relaxed, supportive way to build confidence before joining group classes.
If you’ve completed Couch to CrossFit, you’re also very welcome to jump straight into memberships if you feel ready. And if you’d still like a bit more guidance, Foundations is always a great option.
Three 1-hour private sessions with a coach to help you feel comfortable and confident with the basics. Perfect if you’d like a gentler introduction or a bit of extra support before classes.
