Whether you are a dedicated CrossFit athlete looking to improve your mobility and recovery, or someone entirely new to the practice seeking a sanctuary for stress relief, our sessions are designed for you.

Yoga at CrossFit Warrington is the perfect complement to your training. By integrating mindful movement with focused breathwork, you will unlock deeper ranges of motion, accelerate your post-workout recovery, and build the mental clarity needed to tackle both your fitness goals and daily challenges with composure.ies such as locker rooms, showers, towel service, and a juice bar for our members.


  • When: Saturday mornings at 9:30 am.
  • Who: Open to all—both current members and non-members are welcome.


A Yoga Mat: If you have your own, please bring it along. (We have spares if you are just starting out!)

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear layers that allow you to move and stretch freely.
  • Hydration: A bottle of water to keep you refreshed.
  • An Open Mind: Simply arrive ready to move, breathe, and reset for the week ahead.


Spaces fill up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot on the mat. You can easily reserve your place by dropping us an email. We look forward to seeing you there!
