Our 12-Week Nutrition Reset is a practical, supportive programme designed to help you build a healthier relationship with food and achieve lasting results.

True change doesn't happen overnight. We use a 12-week timeframe because it is the "sweet spot" for real, sustainable progress.

  • Building Lasting Habits: We help you turn new nutritional practices into automatic, daily behaviours that stick.
  • Steady, Healthy Progress: By focusing on sustainable changes, we help you achieve your body composition goals without the burnout or metabolic stress of crash dieting.
  • Finding Your Balance: Over 12 weeks, we work with you to refine your approach, ensuring you find a way of eating that you can actually enjoy long-term.


This isn't a rigid, one-size-fits-all meal plan. It is an education in how to fuel your body for your specific goals.


Phase 1: Foundations (Weeks 1–4)

We begin with a clean slate. Week 1 is all about getting to know you. We review your current food preferences, lifestyle, and individual goals.

  • We focus on foundational habits: hydration, protein intake, and using the Precision Nutrition hand-size portion system. This allows you to balance your plate perfectly without the stress and tedium of counting every calorie.


Phase 2: Optimisation (Weeks 5–8)

Once the basics feel like second nature, we start to refine your approach.

  • We look at nutrient timing and portion adjustments based on how your body is responding.
  • This is the phase where you’ll start to notice real shifts in your energy levels, how your clothes fit, and how you feel throughout the day.


Phase 3: Mastery (Weeks 9–12)

In the final month, we focus on independence and consistency.

  • We troubleshoot "real-world" challenges, such as dining out, social events, and busy schedules.
  • Our goal is to ensure that by the end of the 12 weeks, you have the knowledge and confidence to make informed, healthy decisions for the rest of your life—no coach required.


You are never on your own during this process.


  • App Integration: Log your habits in our app for supportive, real-time feedback from your coach.
  • Weekly Check-ins: We connect every week to review your progress, celebrate your wins, and adjust your path as needed.
  • Flexible Support: Whether you train at CrossFit Warrington, another gym, or from home, we tailor your nutrition to fit seamlessly into your life.


We believe success is about more than just a number on the scales. We track your progress through:

  • Body Composition: Monitoring your physical changes through measurements and progress photos.
