Step Two – Take Your Foundations
After your free trial class, it’s time to dive deeper into the world of CrossFit with our Foundations Course. This course is designed to teach you the core movements of CrossFit in detail over three sessions, which can be split across multiple days. Covering Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Kettlebell training, and the 9 Fundamental movements of CrossFit, this course is essential for building a strong foundation in our training methodology.
The Foundations Course is offered on a 1-2-1 basis for £90. To book your spot, simply drop us an email, and we’ll get you started on your CrossFit journey!
